HOME DELIVERY SERVICES
There is no need to be concerned about your delivery even though your Gorilla Climbing Frames packaging will likely be bulky, and in multiple boxes. Our specialist carriers will ensure you are kept informed about your delivery and make a safe delivery to your chosen address.
Our courier will contact you ahead of time to confirm your expected delivery date. We display all packaging dimensions and weights on our product pages online. So you will know how many boxes to expect before they arrive.
Our products all include assembly manuals and hardware. We include anchors as standard in all of our sets. Gorilla Play’s handy assembly videos can be viewed online to assist with your build.
*Please note we do NOT offer any offshore UK deliveries, this includes Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.
2-Man Assisted Delivery
Our two-man assisted delivery is our premium service (available for select postcode areas only). Two drivers will be on the vehicle, so they will offload your boxes and place them in a location of your choice* (garage, shed, or garden). Delivery will be made approximately 4-10 working days from order. You will be contacted by our courier directly and notified of the specified delivery day for your order.
*Subject to on-site safety survey by driver to prevent delivery-related incidents & accidents.
1-Man Kerbside Delivery
Our one-man kerbside delivery is our free basic service. One driver will be on the vehicle, so you will need to ensure you have at least one person present on the day of delivery to assist with the delivery, and move your boxes to your desired storage location. Delivery will be made approximately 10-20 working days from order. You will be contacted by our courier directly and notified of the specified delivery day for your order.
Warehouse Pick-Up
Our warehouse team are happy to prepare your boxes for you ready for you to collect from us.
We will pick the required items and can have them ready for you to collect within 24hrs. Please note – our warehouse is open Mon-Fri only.
We offer collections Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Shackerstone, Warwickshire CV13 0BS.
